About the Role
As a Bartender at One11, you are the heartbeat of the guest experience. You aren't just pouring drinks; you are crafting an atmosphere. We are looking for individuals who are as skilled with a shaker as they are at engaging with a diverse crowd.
Key Responsibilities
Mixology Excellence: Prepare a wide range of drinks, including classic cocktails, signature One11 creations, spirits, and beers, with precision and speed.
Guest Engagement: Provide exceptional, personalized service to guests, anticipating needs and making expert recommendations based on flavor profiles.
Efficiency & Pace: Maintain a clean, organized, and high-functioning bar station during peak hours and high-volume shifts.
Operational Integrity: Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, handle cash and credit payments, and ensure all local liquor laws and safety protocols are strictly followed.
Collaboration: Work seamlessly with floor staff, security, and management to ensure the venue operates smoothly and guests remain satisfied.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a high-volume bar, upscale lounge, or nightclub environment.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of mixology techniques, wine varieties, and craft beer.
Personality: A confident, professional demeanor with the ability to stay calm and upbeat under pressure.
Reliability: Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
